1. Please add the option for monthly/recurring donors to select a specific giving date. Currently, the date is auto defaulted to the day the donor enters their giving information. It is extremely helpful for recurring donors to be able to set their giving date.
2. Please add the ability for donors to use ACH bank account info as a giving option, with no processing fee. Currently the only giving options are credit/debit card with a 4.5% service fee.
3. Please allow administrators the ability to adjust card fee defaults. The current default of 4.5% is higher than any other donor platform we have viewed. It is a huge negative to our donor base.
