The ability to move guests from one host to another host in Manage Registrants.

We had a host invite a couple through their one email but just one was able to register. If the link is clicked twice to register, it come up “error message.”

In V3 there is a “Give” button that links to our website donation page where guests who can’t attend can make a donation.

We really liked the “quick register” option for guests who have attended past banquets.

The ability to just add text to the registration form with no empty field or option for the guest to click into.

In our vision dinner event, all the email notifications we get on the back end for registrations are identical for individual guests and hosts. V3 had separate emails for host registration. This is very useful so we can follow up with new host registrations promptly to make sure they know how to use their manager link etc. Right now, we’d have to check our event manually and know who has already been contacted because the emails don’t differentiate.

At our venue, the entrance is always a tight fit for all of our guests coming in. An option to self-check-in by a QR code would be an absolute game changer!

Prefer to see at least 2025 events, preferably the whole event, so I can copy the wording from previous emails; attendee list, etc. I do have the reports that I can refer back to, but to have this for convenience would be nice.

We like to allow our Table Hosts to manage their own guest lists, which relieves my workload for an event that has 800+ attendees. Please bring back the option for deleting guests in the host manager tool for vision dinner template events.

Would like to have the option to manually mark guests as Attended (or Unattended) in the event that Live Check-in is not used, or if guests were missed during the Live Check-in process, or someone was mistakenly checked in during Live Check-in

We use our sponsor logos on more than just our webpages and templates—for example, mailers/banners/welcome screens, etc. Right now there is no way for us to download and use the sponsor logos—meaning we have to ask sponsors to upload them twice (once in registration and once via something like email) or else we have to register them outside the app.

When I go into stripe, it says my payment methods are managed by Fundeasy. It should be the top priority to get digital wallet and ACH debit enabled in Stripe. Having only the credit card option available severely takes away from the ease of use of the platform.

Right after I selected my ticket, I got stuck until I figured out that I had to go to the left side of the screen and hit the drop down. Could that automatically open instead? Similarly, I got stuck trying to register a second person (such as, a spouse). After I finished my primary registrant’s information, it wasn’t immediately clear what to do next.

It would be helpful to have the ability to add a file/image to the registration form. This will benefit customers who like to add their waivers and/or sponsorship level information to the registration form.

Please add the Sponsor Confirmation email to the Email Templates page in Event Setup and allow admins to add customized message.

We have some users that need to be at the “normal” or general level in Fundeasy. Not everyone should be an admin or an owner. Those roles should be restricted to the ones who actually need that level. Can that be added please?

As a user of DonorPerfect CRM (along with 12,000 other organizations) we would like for there to be better integration with FundEasy. At an extreme minimum we need a field to exist in V4 like in V3 were we can house a registrants CRM donor ID.
