Allow guests registering on the public registration form to choose the table host they were invited by

Not all our hosts use the Guest List Manager or send invitations to their guests, so if a guest registers directly to the public form we would like them to be able to indicate which host they were invited by.

Allow additional guests to use contact information of primary registrant

When registering multiple guests (i.e. spouses), it would be great if there was on option on the additional guests to share the address of the primary guest so we collect it but they don’t have to enter it twice.

Would like to sort by last name in Manage Registrants and in Reports and Exports

When you click the column heading for Name in Manage Registrants and in Reports and Exports to sort ascending and descending, it only sorts by first name. It’s more helpful to be able to sort by last name.

Would like to move guests between hosts in Manage Registrants

The ability to move guests from one host to another host in Manage Registrants.

Would like indicator to show which groups have been assigned to a table on the Table Chart page

For the Table Chart, you can see individuals (Guests) who are assigned/unassigned. It would be nice to have some kind of indicator in the Host section to indicate whether a group was assigned to a table or not.

Include an option to make a donation from the invitation email for guests who can't attend

In V3 there is a “Give” button that links to our website donation page where guests who can’t attend can make a donation.

Would like to see a warning message when moving a guest to different table from the host on the Table Chart

Since you can seat guests separately from hosts on the table chart, please implement a warning message if they move a guest to a different table.

Would like a text field for registration form

The ability to just add text to the registration form with no empty field or option for the guest to click into.

Could you please bring back the "Quick Register" option for guests who have previously attended an event?

We really liked the “quick register” option for guests who have attended past banquets.

Would like to be able to add a file or image as a field to the registration form

It would be helpful to have the ability to add a file/image to the registration form. This will benefit customers who like to add their waivers and/or sponsorship level information to the registration form.

Would like to be able to print name tags by table

A customer has requested the ability to print name tags by Table Number. For their banquets, they put an envelope of name tags for that table at each table. Being able to print by table will allow them to easily print one sheet of tags for that table and place it in the envelope. In v3, you can print name tags for certain individuals. I wasn’t sure if that could be done with the Avery integration.

We usually include Table Host detailed instructions within the automatic email that they receive once they Register as a Table Host.

Allow me to seat by party

If my guests register together, allow me to seat them by their party.

In Custom Questions, allow me to rearrange the order of my answer fields. Also there is a bug about not being able to edit previous inputs.

Reorder UX for Guest Registration

Once a guest has selected their registration path, instead of asking them to (again) “Select your registration”, I would suggest changing that prompt to “How many guests are you registering?” and have this on the left part of the screen, which is where a person will begin reading the form.

Would like to customize Registration Request field

Customer requested the ability to add specific language to the Registration Request field on the Registration form so that specific things could be asked for.

When Manage Registrants is viewed in Group By Host, also show the ungrouped guests

Currently when viewing Manage registrants grouped by host, it only shows the guests who are assigned to a host. It would be helpful to also see guests who do not have a host.

Allow for a single registration pathway with a host option, rather than the Guest/Host path

My preference would be to have a simpler registration experience with one primary registration path, rather than two separate options (“Register as Guest” and “Register as Table Host”)

Every Email (for additional registrants) should be able to get their own copy of their registration confirmation
