We had a host invite a couple through their one email but just one was able to register. If the link is clicked twice to register, it come up “error message.”

The ability to move guests from one host to another host in Manage Registrants.

In V3 there is a “Give” button that links to our website donation page where guests who can’t attend can make a donation.

We really liked the “quick register” option for guests who have attended past banquets.

The ability to just add text to the registration form with no empty field or option for the guest to click into.

It would be helpful to have the ability to add a file/image to the registration form. This will benefit customers who like to add their waivers and/or sponsorship level information to the registration form.

Prefer to see at least 2025 events, preferably the whole event, so I can copy the wording from previous emails; attendee list, etc. I do have the reports that I can refer back to, but to have this for convenience would be nice.

Would like to have the option to manually mark guests as Attended (or Unattended) in the event that Live Check-in is not used, or if guests were missed during the Live Check-in process, or someone was mistakenly checked in during Live Check-in

We use our sponsor logos on more than just our webpages and templates—for example, mailers/banners/welcome screens, etc. Right now there is no way for us to download and use the sponsor logos—meaning we have to ask sponsors to upload them twice (once in registration and once via something like email) or else we have to register them outside the app.

We have some users that need to be at the “normal” or general level in Fundeasy. Not everyone should be an admin or an owner. Those roles should be restricted to the ones who actually need that level. Can that be added please?

At our venue, the entrance is always a tight fit for all of our guests coming in. An option to self-check-in by a QR code would be an absolute game changer!

Once a guest has selected their registration path, instead of asking them to (again) “Select your registration”, I would suggest changing that prompt to “How many guests are you registering?” and have this on the left part of the screen, which is where a person will begin reading the form.

A customer had an empty table on their table chart for overflow (Table #12). When they created their name tags in Avery they noticed that the registrants who had been assigned to Table #11 were showing as Table #12 on their name tags (the empty overflow table) and Table #11 was nowhere represented in the name tags. I noticed that when the labels are sorted by table number, the table numbers are listed alphabetically or in lexical order (1, 10, 11, 2, 20, 21, 3, 30, 31, etc.) instead of numerically. I’m not sure if that is playing into the problem or not.

It would be so nice to have the option to instantly print a guest’s name tag when they check in, instead of pre-printing them and then finding the correct name tag (you have excellent advice for this process).

Right after I selected my ticket, I got stuck until I figured out that I had to go to the left side of the screen and hit the drop down. Could that automatically open instead? Similarly, I got stuck trying to register a second person (such as, a spouse). After I finished my primary registrant’s information, it wasn’t immediately clear what to do next.
