Column headings not visible on Manage Registrants page unless autosized

Many of the column headings (like First and Last Name, and Host) are not visible unless you autosize one or all of the columns. This makes it hard to interpret the report or to know which columns you want to autosize to begin with. Suggest autosized columns as default view.
