Custom Donation Designation and Comment Fields

Please allow organizations to add custom fields to donation forms so donors can specify how they would like their gift used or leave comments.

Examples:

• Banquet Sponsorship

• Baby Bottle Campaign

• General Donation

• Building Fund

• Other Designations

A general comments field would also allow donors to provide additional information relevant to their gift.
