We had intended to use the invitation function to keep track of all invitees, whether they registered or declined or hadn’t responded. Rather than scroll down the invitation page to select “register” or “decline", our invitees prefer to hit reply with a quick email.
We would like to be able to use the administrative feature to update the status to decline, keeping our accept/decline counts accurate and streamlining our invitation re-send process. As is, I’ll have to keep track off-line and unmark that individual when a reminder invitation is issued.
