Drag and Drop doesn't work for sponsor logos

Steps to ReproduceLog in. Select Event. In dashboard menu select setup dropdown, then select sponsor. add event sponsor. in sponsor logo field it says upload a file or drag and drop. it doesn't let me drag and drop the file. it only allows me to upload a file. this isn't a big deal, but it just doesn't do what it says.
