Please make edits to guest registration immediately visible without requiring me to refresh my screen

When I go into guest registrations and make changes, such as remove the word “none” from their dietary requests so that the alert icon goes away, it temporarily removes the alert but then it comes right back when the page is refreshed or navigated away from and then returned to.
