Flexible Sponsorship Levels

Up to this point, we have had 4 sponsorship levels available every year, but the giving amount is a range, rather than a fixed amount. For example, the first level is $500-$999, second is $1,000-$2,499, and so on. Our sponsors appreciate having this giving flexibility within each level. It would be helpful if this were enabled in V4, so we could start using the online sponsor registration forms, rather than the old school mailed forms.
