NONE Option for the Affiliation Field dropdown

It would be great if the Affiliation Field had a NONE option built in. This way it could still be a required field but allow people to have the option of not having an affiliation.

Also, it would be great if the Affiliation Add New made the address and contact fields OPTIONAL. Guests will be tempted to skip filling this out since it requires them to provide so much information. A simple church name and possibly City and State would be better.
