In V3 we could track whether a person registered in the past. It would store relationships status with other registrants, we could track their donor ID’s, and addresses. So, the next time they registered this information would come up again for that registrant. From this information, I could combine household units in reporting and track their donor ID’s which allowed us to easily create a spreadsheet that allowed us to track donations and donors and follow up easily with communication. Without this access, I will need to look up each donor’s ID and household units individually from our database before we can enter their donations or follow up with communication.
